Students from the Dubrovnik Maritime Technical and Tourism and HORECA Secondary School had the opportunity to participate in two workshops focusing on the problem of marine litter, held on 18 and 23 April 2018
The Hotel Adria in Dubrovnik hosted a presentation on 27 March, organised by the Regional Development Agency of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County (DUNEA), on waste management measures to be implemented within the URBAN-WASTE project.
The Dubrovnik-Neretva Regional Development Agency brought together the local Community of Practices stakeholders on 28 February for a special occasion – a coordination meeting for the upcoming campaign and marine litter awareness raising programme.

The city of Syracuse hosted its 2nd CoP event on 9 October, engaging local authorities, citizens, waste management authorities, the craft worker association, tourist association, schools and restaurants.
